Without a doubt, anime exaggerates emotions. Characters getting nosebleed seats when they’re horny is an example of this. So we decided to compile a list of the 10+ Horniest Anime Characters! (Do not inquire as to why.)
Now, there are far too many perverted characters in anime these days (which says a lot), and we obviously won’t be able to cover them all, so we decided to focus on the 11 most popular/memorable of them for this list.

To begin, we have Issei Hyoudou, High School DxD’s main male protagonist. He is a third-year Kuoh Academy Class 3-B student and a member of the school’s “Perverted Trio,” a group of the most perverted men in the school.
He is a Peer of Rias Gremory and a member of the Occult Research Club. Following the Evil Dragon War, he was promoted to High-Class Devil, becoming King of his own independent peerage and a step closer to his dream of owning a harem and becoming a… “Harem King.” yeah…

Sasha, also known as Alexander Nikolaevich Hell in the manga and anime series Seikon no Qwaser, is the main character. He is known as the Iron Qwaser, and he lives with Mafuyu Oribe and Tomo Yamanobe.

Nayuta is a nice girl, as evidenced by her surprise birthday party for Miyako and careful thought about what gift to give her, eventually giving her a well-written fairy tale-esque novel based on her crush Itsuki. She is also very protective of Miyako, as evidenced by her defending Miyako despite lying about her previous relationships. This is demonstrated by Nayuta’s jealousy of Itsuki’s new friendship with his new illustrator, Kaiko. Her friends are used to her being perverted and using sexual innuendos. Despite her tendency to lighten the mood, she can be serious when necessary, as when she confronted Miyako about her feelings for Itsuki.

Lalatina Ford Dustiness, also known as Darkness, is one of the KonoSuba series’ three main female protagonists. She’s a masochistic crusader on Kazuma’s side.
At first, Darkness exudes pride and nobility as a crusader, preaching about her duty to protect others from harm. She speaks in a serious tone and appears mature.
She has the personality of a complete masochistic pervert, despite her outward appearances. While she wishes to protect others, it is ultimately her masochistic desires that drive her to commit many of the series’ “heroic” acts, leading many onlookers to regard her as a role model for her ostensible selflessness. Her masochism extends to verbal abuse, as evidenced by a running gag in which she reels back in delight in response to Kazuma’s stinging insults.
She becomes more forthcoming about her true motivations throughout the story, to the point where she openly admits that her motivation for becoming a crusader was to be sexually tortured by the Demon King, and that her ideal husband is an abusive alcoholic who would force her to sell her body for money.
4. Anna Nishikinomia from SHIMONETA
One of the main characters in the anime series Shimoneta: A Boring World Without Dirty Jokes is Anna Nishikinomiya.
Anna is a responsible student and the president of the student council. Regardless of her position, she has been demonstrated to be a naive and clueless when it comes to lewd materials. Tanukichi Okuma, on the other hand, tries to collect his “love nectar” after their first kiss, which is gradually revealed throughout the series.

Miia is by far the most dominant and irritable of Kimihito’s housegirls. When she believes her claim to Kimihito is being questioned, she attacks the other girls as well as Kimihito himself. Furthermore, despite her flirtatious nature, she frequently becomes shy and embarrassed when Kimihito does something perverted to her before (hypocritically) calling him a pervert or an idiot and striking him with her tail.
1. Rudeus Greyrat from Mushoku Tensei
Mushoku Tensei’s protagonist is Rudeus Greyrat. He was a 34-year-old Japanese NEET who was reincarnated after being hit by a truck while attempting to save some children. Recognizing that he squandered his previous life, he vows to make the most of this new one, and the series revolves around how he affects his new world while gradually emerging from his reclusive ways.

Despite this, she remarks that it would be unusual for him to take only one wife as Supreme Ruler, implying that she is fine with him taking other wives as long as she is the one he loves the most. Because of her succubus nature and how Ainz programmed her to fall in love with him, Albedo is overly assertive.
She sometimes loses control in response to what Ainz says, almost r*ping him against his will.
