My One-Hit Kill Sister Anime Reveals 2nd Teaser Trailer

The opening theme song for the upcoming anime adaptation of My One-Hit Kill Sister (Isekai One Turn Kill Neesan: Ane Douhan no Isekai Seikatsu Hajimemashita) manga has been revealed in a second teaser trailer. Studio Gekko is producing the anime, which is set to be released in 2023.

The anime adaptation’s opening theme song, “Karei One Turn,” is performed by TrySail, a trio of three voice actresses (Momo Asakura, Sora Amamiya, and Shiina Natsukawa). The new trailer is now available on the anime’s official YouTube channel, which can be accessed via the link below:

The anime My One-Hit Kill Sister is based on the manga My One-Hit Kill Sister, which was written by Konoe and illustrated by Kenji Taguchi. In December 2019, the author launched the ongoing series on the Shosetsuka ni Naro web novel service. The manga has been serialised on Shogakukan’s web manga service Sunday Webry since March 2020, with the first compiled volume released in July of that year.

“It wasn’t me who was the strongest in another world, but my sister?!”

As a result of an accident in the real world, Asahi Ikusaba is transported to another world. He tries to enjoy his imagined world, but his abilities are the most limited. Mayu, Asahi’s adoring elder sister, comes to his rescue just as he is about to be attacked by a vicious monster.

Mayu, who was pursuing Asahi’s love, ended up in the same world as him, with the most powerful abilities and cheat skills. The fantasy story begins with the strongest elder sister having a brother complex and the youngest brother having the most flaws.
